Job Title: Inventory & Cost Accountant

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Pay: $35+/hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory & Cost Accountant to support our finance operations with a strong focus on parts accounting, inventory reconciliation, and warranty expense tracking. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and supporting internal audits, working cross-functionally with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Accounting (40%)

• Audit invoices for parts and accessories using a 3-way match process through AMOS
• Confirm invoice payments in AMOS using 3-way verification
• Assist with collections and payment tracking
• Support monthly account reconciliation with internal departments

Accounts Reconciliation & Warranty Expense (40%)

• Perform inventory account reconciliations
• Track and manage warranty-related expenses
• Conduct month-end journal entries and accounting postings

Audit & Reporting Support (20%)

• Assist with quarterly audit preparation and internal audit requests
• Generate ad-hoc financial and operational reports for management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Experience as a general or cost accountant
• Proficient in accounting software and processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (Korean language skills a plus)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Preferred: Proficiency in SAP, AMOS, Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL queries
